What Does a "Awaiting Shipment" Email mean?

An order awaiting shipment email means that your order processing is now complete and will ship within 3-5 business days* from receiving the "awaiting shipment" email. (This timeframe is subject to change at any given time, due to an increase in corona/sales/ and or holidays). This is a *timeframe only and not a promised date/day.

How long is shipping/processing?

Shipping within the US may take approximately 7-14 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 7-21 business days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Processing on orders takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Inches On Fleek is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with the United States Postal Service.

How long will it take for me to get a tracking number?

When will my order ship?

The processing period for all #1b bundles, closures, and frontals is 3-5 business days followed by the shipping period. The processing period for custom wigs and custom colored bundles is 7-14 business days followed by the shipping period.
